The Cape Cod Retreats are on hiatus due to COVID-19. The safety of everyone in our church is important. Stay tuned to the Midweek Update for changes.
Next retreat date is TBD due to COVID.
Confidential Financial Aid is available, please speak with Reverend Susanne.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Ahh! Salty air! Once Spring has arrived, don’t the words “Nantucket Sound” and “Cape Cod” sound absolutely lovely?? Join in relaxing walks along the beach and along quaint garden paths (oh! the crocuses!), several optional planned activities, excursions, yoga, meditations, chatting, socializing, kite-flying, fun and laughs, singing and worshiping together.
Please note that we’re working on learning and creating both more inclusive wording and a more inclusive community.
We will car-pool together on Friday as best we can in order to arrive at Craigville by about 4pm (though some arrive solo and on different days/times due to individual needs). We depart back to Melrose after our Sunday worship service. Okay, so maybe we don’t go directly back – many stop off for lunch to prolong the weekend. Just think: you don’t have to cook all weekend!!! And some of us are surprised on Sunday evening when dinner isn’t simply just ready and waiting for us 🙂
Questions? Ask the planning committee: Beth Y., Rebecca M., Cathy S., or Gretchen L.
