Meditation Group

Our primary goal is everyone’s safety and wellness. To that end, we are offering our our weekly Thursday meditation sessions as HYBRID until further notice.

If you would like to participate in-person, we will be meeting in the church library, which is just inside the building, entering the side door on Emerson Place.
In addition to those meeting in-person, we will re-use this same link each week, opening at approximately 6:00 pm. Here is the link if you wish to join online:

Thursday Meditation Online

(note: check this website in the event of winter weather conditions, which may lead us to be an all-online meditation gathering from time-to-time)
From our leader, Josh:
Feel free to join in anytime after the meditation has started, and/or to leave whenever you wish.
There are a bazillion excellent ways to meditate!
So we do not teach or guide your meditation.
Rather we encourage each person to follow your heart to develop your own personal practice.
We sit together in silence, quiet our egos, and harmonize our life quests.
Meditating is a very good thing to do with your self, and even more so with a group!
After we meditate we then share and discuss things that happened during our practice… among other things.
Please set up a comfy place to meditate, and join us in our weekly adventures of spirit every Thursday evening at 6:30 pm.
May these “social distancing” times allow more opportunity for us to discover our selves.

Namaste (which means “the light in me bows to the light in you”),

This is free and open to the wider community. The Church is donating the use of the space, and we are doing this purely to lift spirits.
