Our team’s information table at the No Kings rally, March 28, 2026
The Pro-Democracy Team monitors emerging threats to democracy and facilitates a robust community response by keeping members informed and providing opportunities to take direct action. We reflect UU values of action, conscience, reason, and service, collaborating with local partners to strengthen communities beyond our walls.
Top Three Projects
- Keep congregation informed about threats to democracy and opportunities for action such as protests and boycotts
- Facilitate postcard writing and other get-out-the-votes activities
- Sponsor a candidate and/or issues forum ahead of the November elections
