Finance Forum and Budget Votes This Sunday, October 18

This Sunday, October 18, after Service Treasurer John P (above), with his trademark friendliness and clarity, will review the final financials for last fiscal year (ended June 30th) and explain where we are with this year’s budget.

He will happily answer any questions you may have about how your generous support is being used. Following the forum, a Special Meeting of the Congregation will be convened to vote on three important financial matters:

• Acceptance of the FY2020 financials and a Board recommendation re: surplus funds
• Acceptance of a Board recommendation to give Rev. Susanne a raise this year
• Acceptance of a new Treasurer to take over from John in January 2021.

Please note, per the church bylaws, to be eligible to vote you need to 1) have signed the membership book; and 2) made a recorded financial contribution between October 19, 2018 and September 18, 2020. To check your voting status, email Registrar Nancy N.
